Thanks for choosing to receive a beauty service from Shubh Beauty. Our goal is to provide the best experience possible to all our clients. To ensure your satisfaction and safety, we ask you to read and agree to this industry-standard waiver, which is designed to create an open line of communication between beauticians and clients and enable beauticians to perform services as safely and effectively as possible. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please let your beautician know prior to leaving the salon. She/He will try their best to make it right.

Service:

- Shubh Beauty does not guarantee any product or service once you leave our salon.

- Shubh Beauty does not guarantee any service or product for any length of time.

Waiver:

Some products and services can make the skin more sensitive. Thin, sensitive skin is more vulnerable to lifting and sensitivity during waxing. Waxing can have certain side effects such as skin removal, redness, swelling, tenderness, etc. If you have sensitive skin or any allergies or any medical condition, please consult your doctor prior to having any beauty service.

Client holds the Shubh Beauty and the beautician harmless in the event of undesired results or any adverse reaction. Client assumes all the responsibility and understands that any further alterations or corrections will be provided at their own expense.

Each Salon is Independently Owned and Operated. Shubh Franchise does not guarantee nor be responsible for any product or service that is performed by any of our franchisees.

Please note that if you are 16 or younger, a parent or guardian must be present during each service you receive.
